Bedrooms
Choose from 6 comfortable bedrooms – each one has 2-3 single beds (which can also be made up as ‘doubles’ to suit your requirements), making the room layout very convenient when planning a trip with a large group of friends. Baby cots / child beds (which we can provide on booking) can be added to all of the bedrooms but our largest room is ideal for families, with 3 single beds and room for 2 cots.
Bathrooms
5 of our bedrooms also have the added bonus of a private ensuite bath or shower room (one of which has wheelchair access). Again, ideal for groups of families or friends.
Living Area
This cosy space adjoins the kitchen and provides lots of comfy seating. We also provide UK Sky Television, wifi internet connection, an ipod docking station, a DVD player (plus library of films) and books and games for you to enjoy. You will also find plenty of books and toys for the kids.
The Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is really the perfect place to eat amongst friends. We provide plenty of crockery and cookware, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, huge gas oven, microwave…
The Garden
Large dining terrace and garden, backing out onto glorious countryside…
Imagine yourself on a warm summer’s evening, relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and gazing at the beautiful Limousin countryside… Or waking up with the early morning sunshine and doing a spot of bird-watching from the large, private garden… The attractive, paved terrace has a large table, perfect for alfresco dining. We also provide a very large barbeque to cater for our groups.
The terrace also provides an ideal spot for parents to relax, whilst also keeping an eye on the children playing in the garden.

Enjoy the wealth of things to see and do in Limousin. From swimming to fishing; from shopping to soaking up the history of our beautiful towns and villages; or just watching your children build sand-castles on one of our many sandy lake beaches…
